The AIPM Code of Practice was first introduced in 1998 and is based on the principles of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers' Associations (IFPMA) and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries Associations (EFPIA). This is a “living” document that is regularly revised to reflect the association's experiences, changes in Russian legislation, and global developments in ethical standards. The latest version can be accessed at the provided link.
Compliance with the Code is a mandatory requirement for all AIPM members. Upon joining the Association, companies confirm their full adherence to its provisions.
AIPM has created an online course for anyone who wishes to familiarize themselves with the principles of ethical conduct in the pharmaceutical industry. This course allows participants to assess their understanding of the Code's rules and regulations.
