If a violation of the Code is identified, the affected company may file a complaint. AIPM encourages the independent resolution of disputes between market participants.
Any AIPM member or interested party may submit a written complaint to the Executive Director. Complaints may concern the actions of AIPM members or other pharmaceutical companies operating in Russia.
